Physics Putt: Projectile Motion Golf Game

Physics Putt is a free educational golf game where players adjust angle, speed, and gravity, observe a predicted trajectory, and use shot measurements to solve five physics challenges.

How to play Physics Putt

  1. Choose a launch angle and ball speed.
  2. Adjust gravity on open-gravity holes and watch the dotted trajectory prediction.
  3. Launch the ball, observe its flight, and use the time, height, and travel measurements to improve the next shot.
  4. Reach each flag while avoiding walls, water, sand, and energy bumpers.

Learn projectile motion through play

Physics Putt turns angle, velocity, gravity, arcs, collision, and energy into a five-hole golf experiment. Earth, Moon, water-hazard, and bumper-lab courses show how the same shot changes under different conditions.

Touch and keyboard controls

Use the large sliders and buttons on phones, tablets, or desktop. Keyboard players can use arrow keys on each slider and press Space to launch. Sound can be switched off, reduced motion is respected, and progress is stored only on the current device.
