Build the Word is a free construction-themed spelling game for kids. A word with one missing letter appears on a wooden work-site board, and four friendly construction vehicles each carry a letter. Kids tap the vehicle with the correct letter and watch it drive up and build the word.
How to play Build the Word
- Pick a grade from Pre-K to 4th grade and a difficulty: Easy, Medium, or Hard.
- Read the word on the wooden board and find the missing letter.
- Tap the vehicle carrying the correct letter: the bulldozer, excavator, dump truck, or front loader.
- Watch the right vehicle drive up and place the letter, or shake off a wrong pick and try again.
- Finish 10 words to earn your score, stars, and a trophy.
